JOB TITLE: Account Manager (AM)

SUMMARY: An AM at Swift Prepaid Solutions leads a team of Service Specialists and/or Account Coordinators and is accountable for:

1. Managing and optimizing the daily operations of the account.

2. Analyzing program performance and initiating program enhancements based on analysis.

3. Solidifying and growing the relationships between Swift and clients (through outstanding delivery of #1 and #2).

An AM is responsible for managing, mentoring and developing the Account Coordinator and Service Specialist.  An AM maintains a solid understanding of Swift’s services, how they are delivered, and the various systems that drive processing/delivery.  They maintain a solid understanding of Swift’s clients, their businesses, and how Swift’s products meet their unique needs. AMs may work on internal development projects as assigned. 

REPORTING/PERFORMANCE: An AM reports to Swift’s Director of Account Management.  An Account Manager will be evaluated, in part, by the successful mentoring and development of the Service Specialist or Account Coordinator as well as results from Swift’s 360-degree annual review process.  An Account Manager will be evaluated, in part, on client feedback through surveys and other mechanisms as well as overall success of the assigned client portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Holds team accountable for daily processes within expected service levels, including but not limited to invoice generation and order processing.  Works collaboratively with the immediate team and other members of the organization to question existing procedures, implement process improvements and develop new procedures where appropriate.
  • Ensures that research requests and basic to advanced client issues are resolved in a timely manner.  Is resourceful and creative when handling complex issues.  Troubleshoots and analyzes issues to determine root cause and collaborates with team members throughout the organization for successful resolution.  Teaches team to make decisions, use resources (including other teammates) wisely and prioritize time based on advanced understanding of Swift internal processes and client needs.
  • Understands indicators of program success from the perspectives of Swift, our clients and their cardholders and uses tools and reporting to monitor and analyze program performance. Understands Swift pricing models and performs profitability analyses.
  • Acts as a valued consultant to the client. Keeps communication lines open and asks probing questions to identify issues and opportunities. Makes strategic recommendations to deliver measurable value to the client’s business based on understanding of needs, Swift capabilities and program analyses.
  • Crafts and delivers periodic account performance reviews to client stakeholders, in person or via webex.  Creates loyalty by acting as the client champion, delighting client contacts and delivering value, thereby solidifying and growing the relationship
  • Educates clients on use of reports and products and responds to a variety of questions relating to processes and delivery of products.  Acts as the ultimate authority to clients in training, industry updates, issue resolution, etc.
  • Understands Swift goals and capabilities.  Applies this understanding in interactions with clients and other Swift employees.  Delivers strategic communication to clients, in line with Swift’s goals and capabilities.

SUMMARY

An Implementations Coordinator(IC) works on Swift’s Implementations team which is accountable for timely, effective client implementation projects. The IC assists the Implementation Specialists, Manager, and Directors with client implementations, implementation updates, and internal team projects.  An IC may be responsible for a portion of an implementation project, or all, as skill sets develop. An IC maintains a solid understanding of Swift’s services, products, and capabilities; which are all necessary to provide effective support.  By working on the Implementations team, an IC interacts  with Swift’s internal teams and may interact with Swift’s clients as well. An IC is exposed to opportunities for development and a forum to learn about all areas of Swift’s business for further growth.

REPORTING/PERFORMANCE

An Implementations Coordinator reports to and receives feedback from an Implementations Director.  The IC may receive feedback on performance and growth opportunities based on their supportive participation and effective contributions. Additionally, an IC will be evaluated through Swift’s 360-degree evaluation process, which emphasizes teamwork, communication, barrier breaking and overall job aptitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for completing assigned program implementation tasks, which may include but aren’t limited to
    • Reviewing and/or completing necessary operational forms specific to an implementation task or project.
    • Facilitating setup components with other departments and vendors via tools, standard processes and non-standardized discussion.
    • Configuring client and product information into Swift’s product platforms.
    • Conducting product functionality testing
    • Reviewing card/carrier/program design artwork for appropriate, logical flow and marketing compliance
  • Participates in internal team projects, contributing ideas and completing assigned action items.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements within the IC domain, the Implementations Department as a whole and any area of Swift as noticed.

SUMMARY

One of the nation's leading prepaid card program managers is looking for a seasoned, highly versatile and innovative Marketing Manager. This role will report directly to the VP of Client Operations and will work closely with the VP of Business Development to create a strategy around and execute on the development of materials for our B2B clients across the areas of the prepaid industry, financial tech, company products and company processes. Materials may be educational in nature, persuasive, informational, etc. 

REPORTING/PERFORMANCE

This role will report directly to the VP of Client Operations and will work closely with the VP of Business Development and CEO. The B2B Marketing Manager will be evaluated, in part, on the effectiveness of the material created and distributed to clients for the purpose of furthering the successful support and continued growth of Swift’s products. This position will also be evaluated through Swift’s 360-degree evaluation process, which emphasizes teamwork, communication, barrier breaking and overall job aptitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with the Exec. Team to hone and clarify the company’s position in the industry, release of new products, etc.
  • Creating educational materials to support the efforts of the company’s sales force, as well as the sales force at partner companies
  • Managing up-to-date messaging and material on the company website and newsletter
  • Executing on company press releases and client-facing bulletins
  • Working with the Exec. Team on content, presentations and sales decks; turning data and complex arguments into easily digestible material
  • Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics and working with company’s marketing agency to execute as needed
  • Creating marketing or educational content for client’s end user audience

SUMMARY

An IM reports to the Director of Implementations.  An IM will be evaluated, in part, by the successful mentoring/development of the Specialist and Coordinator.  An IM will be evaluated on effectively managing multiple client implementation projects and setting client programs up for long term success. An IM will be evaluated through Swift’s 360-degree evaluation process, which emphasizes teamwork, communication, barrier breaking and overall job aptitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hold themselves, the team and the client accountable for high quality, timely launch of implementations.
    • Manage implementation project plans for multiple implementation projects, large and small, complex and basic.
    • Conduct scoping and discovery sessions with client teams to gain accurate, reliable information about client needs, expectations, processes, etc.
    • Engage resources to solution based on information gathered during scope and discovery
    • Coordinate setup, testing, program launch and hand-off
  • Act as a credible advisor/consultant to clients.  Educate and train clients. Keep communication open with clients/ask probing questions to identify needs and negotiate solutions. Make strategic influential recommendations based on understanding of client needs as well as Swift capabilities. Address client concerns credibly. Identify, attack and remove barriers to program launch.
  • Understand Swift goals and capabilities.  Apply this understanding in interactions with clients and other employees.  Deliver strategic communication to clients, in line with Swift’s goals and capabilities.

PERFORMANCE

A Technical Project Manager will be evaluated on their contribution to the overall success of the Product Development Team and the successful execution of the team’s strategic projects, as well as on the results of the company’s 360-degree peer-based feedback and review process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize project management practices and procedures to ensure development of all project deliverables in a quality and timely manner
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture business requirements and other concerns
  • Analyze and break down business requirements to create specs and build project plans
  • Assist product management team with the development of product specs and user guides
  • Accurately manage and triage tasks and issues across a variety of software platforms
