SUMMARY: Swift Prepaid Solutions is looking for an Agile Business Analyst. This position is part of the Product Development team which delivers game-changing products by thinking critically to transform business opportunities into scalable, dynamic solutions. The BA may work on projects across the areas of product and software, business systems and data processes. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, curious and energized by a high-growth environment.

This role will be accountable to other Product Development team members and project stakeholders throughout the organization. The Agile BA will be evaluated, in part, on the quality of work produced and on accountability for assigned projects. This position will also be evaluated through Swift’s employee review process, which emphasizes teamwork, communication, barrier breaking and overall job aptitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently elicit requirements from business users and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and write user stories that directly support the primary objective of the project and are the appropriate size for iterative development.
  • Work within a Business and Product Strategy while defining the Requirements Strategy for a given project.
  • Bridge the gap between the business units and technical team through strong ability to articulate requirements via various mediums.
  • Execute on both functional and non-functional requirements as needed. Model workflows, document business rules, create wireframes and other visual documentation. Articulate use cases.
  • Build solid domain knowledge and deep understanding of current system functionality. Anticipate positive and negative impacts to other areas of the platform, organization, etc.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Convey the vision and project goals at the beginning of every release and sprint. Assist in backlog grooming.
  • Manage scope and requirements through the project life cycle.
  • Participate in the QA process by developing clear, specific, and testable acceptance criteria and engaging QA resources in a manner that provides sightline to the overall project strategy.
  • Engage internal resources on change management steps such as updating business procedures, generating training and marketing material and other operationalization steps.
  • Work collaboratively within the Product and Development Teams to implement tools and process improvements to elevate the development process.

The Content Education Specialist will work with the Marketing, Training and Education team on a variety of marketing, communication and training initiatives targeted at internal and external audiences. This role is ideal for a versatile writer and editor looking to further his or her business acumen and develop skills in areas such as production processes, corporate communication and training.

This role will report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager and will be accountable to other Marketing, Training and Education team members and project stakeholders throughout the organization. The Content Education Specialist will be evaluated, in part, on the quality of material produced and on accountability for assigned projects. This position will also be evaluated through Swift’s employee review process, which emphasizes teamwork, communication, barrier breaking and overall job aptitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create persuasive presentations and educational and support materials for the company’s sales team and partner companies.
  • Produce material for the company website, periodic newsletters, monthly e-newsletter and lead generation emails.
  • Execute on client-facing and internal operational bulletins.
  • Produce, review and revise educational and marketing program collateral for cardholders and other program constituents.
  • Participate in production of department and role-specific training material (e.g., instructor-led and online modules, job aids, FAQs).
  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to gather content and incorporate feedback throughout development.
  • Provide valuable and timely feedback on deliverables throughout the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with members of the leadership team to hone and clarify the company’s position in the industry, release new products, etc.
  • Execute/manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Work with team members to streamline production processes, evaluate tools and make proactive enhancements. Identify and be vocal about opportunities to help the team work better, faster and smarter.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office.

The Implementation Coordinator will support the Implementations Specialists, Managers, and Directors with client product/platform integration, implementation updates, and internal projects.

The Implementation Coordinator is part of the Implementations department which is responsible for the execution of high quality, accurate, and on-time client onboarding procedures from the kick-off to the first live order. They bring impactful prepaid programs to life by extracting a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ goals and friction points, considering all stakeholder perspectives and capabilities and unleashing the power of internal Swift departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for completing assigned program implementation tasks, which may include but aren’t limited to:
    • Reviewing and/or completing necessary forms specific to an implementation task or project.
    • Facilitating setup components with other departments and vendors via tools, standard processes and non-standardized discussion.
    • Setting up client and product information into Swift’s product platforms.
    • Conducting product functionality testing.
    • Reviewing card/carrier/program design artwork for appropriate, logical flow and marketing compliance.
  • Engaged in internal team projects, contributing ideas and completing assigned action items.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and operational improvements within the domain, the Implementations Department as a whole and any area of Swift as noticed.

SUMMARY: Swift Prepaid Solutions is looking for a Vice President of Product Development. This role will work in close collaboration with Swift’s Executive Team to craft and adjust Swift’s overarching product vision. The VP of Product will lead the articulation of the product vision to all stakeholders. The VP of Product will hold internal teams accountable for crisp execution of the vision that consistently considers stakeholder tradeoffs and fully considers the unique context within which each product, enhancement or feature is being built.

This leader will demonstrate strong business acumen, sound analysis of stakeholder goals and objectives, and an integrated understanding of how Swift’s products, technology and solutions should be architected and operationalized at the client, cardholder and Swift level. This leader will build strong, highly accountable teams and properly leverage current and new talent, implement sound operational practices and utilize productivity metrics to allow the department to scale in a constantly evolving, high-growth environment.

This role will have direct responsibility for Swift Product Owners and Business Analysts and will work in close partnership with Swift’s VP of Technology to move development efforts fully through the development lifecycle via Agile scrum methodology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive execution of product strategy in line with Swift’s vision to achieve growth initiatives and ensure market leadership as well as other short and long-term goals.
  • Product lifecycle management from concept to phase out.
  • Lead team members in thinking critically about feature tradeoffs, cost and time to market to maximize the product value.
  • Implement processes and communication strategies to create meaningful discussion and visibility into/alignment with product strategy.

  • Facilitate and drive discussion with Technology Team on product development priorities, solutions, schedule, and execution.
  • Partner with Marketing Communication Team and Operations Teams to oversee and drive product rollout and education plans.
  • Develop and oversee standardization and harmonization of processes to enable a consistent approach in areas of commonality across the business.
  • Challenge and learn from internal stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and drive Swift’s success.
