In order to obtain your account balance, or view your transaction history, you will need your 16 digit card number as it appears on the front of your Visa® , MasterCard® or Discover® card. For most programs you will also need your security code which appears on the back of the card (see example above). If your card has a PIN code, your PIN code may also work as your security code.
