The Problem. A leading automotive trucking company had been running an incentive program for its channel partners. However, the process was a maze of red tape. Sales figures and award nominations had to be submitted in Excel spreadsheets, which then had to be manually validated. Often, partners didn’t even know if they would receive an incentive or not.
The Solution. Swift simplified and enhanced the program. Our software easily managed submissions. Hierarchical levels, permissions and award rules were developed for real time validation and approval. Communication was also improved. The trucking company received detailed reports of program activity, and when their partners were approved for an incentive payment, they were notified by email that it had been loaded onto their card. The improved program increased satisfaction among channel partners and increased sales, while reducing administration costs by more than 50 percent.
