The Problem. A leading technology company wanted a service award incentive for its globally dispersed employees.

The Solution. Swift created a program using both physical and virtual cards to give our partner worldwide, motivational reach. The physical cards were used for employees that could receive them easily by mail. For those in more remote areas, or for rewards requiring quick distribution, we provided virtual Visa® cards for real-time access. We also gave our partner the ability to brand the cards and send personalized messages along with them. Employee morale and productivity jumped across the globe.
