Automated redemption and fulfillment

We provide complete end user self-service. Users can see the value of their codes in various issuing currencies (USD, CAD, EURO, GBP). They can view the purchasing power conversion in real-time in their currency, in over 50 different currencies. They can redeem and exchange them for prepaid and other redemption options. They can view their transactions and balances in real-time. They can even enter or change their cardholder address on file to match the shipping address used to make purchases. All with no administrative work from program managers.

Intelligent security

We take security seriously. Our redemption process has built-in security measures like automated system verification emails to authenticate the user’s identity. You can also set custom limits on the number of promo codes per email address or redemption budget limits to further secure your program against abuse.
